Detailed description
The whole tire shredder can directly crush the tires into 1-8cm pieces at room temperature, with compact structure, advanced technology, low energy consumption and high efficiency. The shredder chamber is of foliate structure, especially convenient for maintenance, etc. The blade adopts hard alloy steel overlay welding technology, high hardness, high wear resistance, and can be repeatedly repaired, so the service life is long. The reducer of this machine adopts hardened gear reducer, and the round mesh sieve is steel wire grid structure with large falling area. It is conducive to the qualified rubber material out of the screen.
