Medical waste is highly infectious, biotoxic and corrosive, and if it is not properly managed or disposed of, it can be lost by wind or rain, causing pollution of water, the atmosphere, soil and direct harm to humans.

Unlike domestic garbage waste, medical waste is more hazardous due to the huge amount and variety of germs it carries, and its characteristics of spatial transmission, acute transmission, cross-contamination and latent transmission.


In order to ensure timely, efficient and harmless disposal of medical waste and prevent the spread of disease, after years of scientific and technological research, our company has designed and launched the project of biomass decomposition fuel oil after treatment of medical waste by high temperature sterilization, which can treat medical waste thoroughly and save the cost of transportation and landfill as well as turn waste into treasure and create high economic benefits.

The medical waste after high temperature steaming is directly transported to the low temperature atmospheric pressure biomass decomposition processor, catalytic heating, distillation of oil vapor, oil and gas through the condenser, the liquefiable part, condensed into mixed oil, the non-liquefiable part through the gas purification system processing after the gas system stabbed into the bottom of the processor burned, both save fuel energy and do not pollute the environment.

The flue gas produced after combustion enters the spray tower and mixes with the lye pumped by the pump (the pool is mixed with lye), at which time the alkaline substances in the lye react with the acidic substances in the flue gas in an acid-base neutralization reaction to achieve the purpose of removing the acidic substances in the flue gas.


After the flue gas gas is neutralized by acid and alkali, the residual alkali in the flue gas gas is removed through the packing in the adsorption tower and flows back into the pool, and the clean flue gas is discharged, completing the desulfurization and dust removal purification treatment of the flue gas; the residue after cracking is transported to the carbon black slag collection tank through the sealed winch cage, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

Products and Uses:

  

N550 is suitable for natural rubber and all kinds of synthetic rubber, easy to disperse, can give high stiffness, fast pressing out speed, small mouth expansion, smooth pressing out surface. It has good high temperature performance and thermal conductivity, good reinforcement performance, elasticity and recovery. It is mainly used in tire cord rubber, sidewall, inner tube and press-out and calendering products.

N660 is suitable for all kinds of rubber. Compared with semi-reinforced carbon black, it has high structure, fine particles, easy to disperse in the rubber, high tensile strength, tear strength and fixed extension stress of vulcanized rubber, while small deformation, low heat generation, good elasticity and flexural disturbance resistance. It is mainly used in tire wheel curtain rubber, inner tube, bicycle, hose, tape, cable, footwear and calendered products, model products, etc.

N774 This product is suitable for all kinds of rubber. This product has wear resistance, tear resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance. It is a low pollution and low stretching semi-reinforced carbon black. Its characteristic is that it can be filled in large quantities and has good processing performance. This carbon black gives high elongation, low heat generation, high elasticity and good aging resistance, increases the processing fluidity of the rubber, improves the bonding effect of the product with other materials and improves the appearance quality of the product. It is used in tire belt or cord layer, inner tube, bicycle tire, hose, tape, cable, footwear and calendered products, model products, natural rubber, neoprene, butyl rubber products, and also has the function of reinforcement and filling.
