Carbon black deep processing machine
Ⅰ Status and hazards.
The crude carbon black from tire after pyrolysis is a black powdered solid material that needs to be transported and stored in a enclosed condition. The carbon black can be reused, but if it is not properly disposed, it will easily cause secondary pollution and waste of resources.
Ⅱ at present, domestic customers have the following types of carbon black treatment.
1. Sell directly at RMB 200-300/ton. Low profit and poor sales.
2. Add clay and water and put it into the briquetting machine to make charcoal briquettes for burning, but the added value of this treatment is low.
3. Deep processing of carbon black into N550, N660, N774 and other semi-reinforced carbon black is done in a closed carbon black processing system, avoiding any possibility of secondary pollution, while significantly increasing the added value of the final product and making higher profits, with the selling price of the finished carbon black being above RMB 3,000/ton.

Products and Uses:
N550 is suitable for natural rubber and all kinds of synthetic rubber, easy to disperse, can give high stiffness, fast pressing out speed, small mouth expansion, smooth pressing out surface. It has good high temperature performance and thermal conductivity, good reinforcement performance, elasticity and recovery. It is mainly used in tire cord rubber, sidewall, inner tube and press-out and calendering products.
N660 is suitable for all kinds of rubber. Compared with semi-reinforced carbon black, it has high structure, fine particles, easy to disperse in the rubber, high tensile strength, tear strength and fixed extension stress of vulcanized rubber, while small deformation, low heat generation, good elasticity and flexural disturbance resistance. It is mainly used in tire wheel curtain rubber, inner tube, bicycle, hose, tape, cable, footwear and calendered products, model products, etc.
N774 This product is suitable for all kinds of rubber. This product has wear resistance, tear resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance. It is a low pollution and low stretching semi-reinforced carbon black. Its characteristic is that it can be filled in large quantities and has good processing performance. This carbon black gives high elongation, low heat generation, high elasticity and good aging resistance, increases the processing fluidity of the rubber, improves the bonding effect of the product with other materials and improves the appearance quality of the product. It is used in tire belt or cord layer, inner tube, bicycle tire, hose, tape, cable, footwear and calendered products, model products, natural rubber, neoprene, butyl rubber products, and also has the function of reinforcement and filling.
